Each year, 1911 United Inc. proudly awards the David Harrell Scholarship to an outstanding senior student in the Washington DC metro area. This scholarship is a tribute to the memory of David Harrell, a distinguished actor and esteemed member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

David Harrell's legacy embodies excellence, determination, and community spirit. The scholarship is designed to recognize and support a scholarly student who demonstrates exceptional academic achievement, leadership qualities, and a commitment to service within their community.

Qualified students can apply for the David Harrell Scholarship through our annual application process.
